Canadian Going to College in USA

I am a Canadian that will be attending school in the USA in a month. I wanted to upgrade to the student premium discount (from regular premium) but for some reason I've been having issues. I currenly use PayPal to pay for my premium subscription. When I tried to change my country to the USA to get the discount I was told that my Canadian credit card was stopping me from doing so (said I needed USA issued card). Unfortunately I do not have an American credit card and don't plan on getting one either. What should I do?

Unfortunately, there's not much you can do then. Your account’s country settings need to match the country of your university, and your payment method needs to have also been issued in this same country.
