Canadian Student Cant Subscribe to Premium for Students

I tried the possible help suggestions and window (IE, Chrome, Firefox, incognito) and have not been able to get past the following step.  I have the discount code, verification email and verification step successful but when i go into plans, I cannot get past the verification page; see screenshot.

Once I close this window, I go back to my plans and it does not show student rate. I even have the coupon code, I dont know where to put it.

My Question or Issue

Has any Canadian student gone past the verification email?  Ive exhausted all the suggested topics and im am pretty close to just giving up on testing out spotify 😞
