Cannot join a plan... premiun nor family

Cannot join a plan... premiun nor family

I tried to join a family plan and received the error "Ops... something went wrong". Sometime after I tried to purchase a premium plan and I received the same error. Something is wrong with my account that doesn't let me join any plan other than the free one.

 

I need some help. This has been happening for the last 6 months.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
