Cargo a tarjeta spotify estudiantes

Hola hace 10 días intente registrarme para Spotify estudiantes, solo pude llenar el formulario donde se solicita el número de la tarjeta, después de haberlo ingresado e intentar seleccionar mi escuela tuve problemas de Internet y repetí el registro 3 veces, por lo tanto me cobraron o sigue pendientes esos 3 cobros ya que me registre con una tarjeta de débito con poco dinero y al observar esta situación veo que mi saldo es negativo espero pronta respuesta ya que ya ha pasado mucho tiempo y aun no me regresan mi dinero.

How long has it been since you tried to get the student discount?

No matter if student verification was successful or failed, a temporary charge goes through. These are only temporary charges on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.

Im also have a similar problem!
I Fill out the form and it was supposed that only until my status as a student was verified would they make the debit but this not happen, I finished the form and instantly they made the debit and the account is still the same "free"...

@MattSuda Fue hace 11 días aproximadamente el 19 de abril, solo llene el primer formulario ingrese los datos de mi tarjeta y me abrió una ventana para ingresar los datos de mi escuela, no ingrese ningún dato en esa ventana porque me fallo el internet. Regrese a llenar de nuevo el formulario de la tarjeta y de nuevo mi Internet fallo, volví a llenar los datos de mi tarjeta y apareció el mensaje "Ups, parece que tu tarjeta o proveedor de pago están teniendo un mal día. No te preocupes, no se ha cargado ningún pago. Inténtalo de nuevo o usa otro método de pago."
Al día siguiente observe que tenía un saldo en mi tarjeta de débito de -49 y que me habían cobrado 3 veces el monto solo por ingresar los datos de mi tarjeta.
