Change Account with Student discount

Hello,

I canceld my account with the a student discount and created a new account not connected to Facebook. Now I have the problem, that I can not get the student discount connectet to this new account. I am told that my name has already got an account with the discount, although my old one should have been quit yesterday.

I would be glad to hear of you with a good tip. I am quite frustrated at the moment 😕

Since the student discount is added to an account for 12 months, you can't use it with a different account while this period is still running.

But don't worry, if you want to close the old Spotify account and continue using the one created through Facebook, you can contact our Support team. They'll help you move the discount over.

You can give them a shout via Twitter or Facebook. They'll get back to you as soon as possible.
