Charged for Student Premium Deal but did not get the Premium status

Charged for Student Premium Deal but did not get the Premium status

I got charged for the student premium deal but did not receive the upgrade to premium. There was no recepit record or even an email sent to me, just the charge in my bank account. What do I do?

Hey @byugirl07,

when you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?
