Hi !

I moved from Italy to Canada one month ago, and after having changed my Country in the profile setting successfully I wanted to subscribe for Spotify Premium for students. When it comes to the payment, I can't pay with the italian credit card because the Postal code is not valid for Canada. I mean, they want a Canadian payment method even if I dont have it here? I tried also to change again the country setting to Italy, but it doesn't let me do it.. i dont know why !

Right now Spotify requires for your card to be issued in the same country as nominated in the account settings if you decide to pay by card. In the same way, you'll need to be in Italy to change the country in your account from Canada to Italy.

The only workaround for this would be to try using a different payment method or fetch yourself a credit or debit card issued from Canada 🙂
