Estou a tentar criar conta de estudante em Portugal

Coloco os dados para pagamento, bem como o país e estado em Portugal, mas não aparece a opção para Portugal- mesmo já tendo valido a instituição de ensino. Apenas dá para selecionar estados e códigos postais dos EUA

If you've already verified your Portuguese student status with SheerID, you'll need to enter a Portuguese payment method in order to activate your Premium Student subscription and change the country in your account (if it's different than the one you're currently a student in). 

If you're having trouble with your current payment method, we'd suggest trying with a different one.
