Expend Spotify Student

hi,

 

when i sign in at unidays to expend my spotify the next year, i click send mail (to verify my student account) but there's just a loading icon and nothing happens.

 

What can i do ? (3 days left)

Hi there,

Perhaps it is an internet issue or a device issue. Have you perhaps tried to verify with UniDays via another device i.e. a different laptop or phone. If the issue is not device then perhaps try again on another network e.g. trying again on the device via another internet source. Sometimes simply waiting an hour or two and trying again can do the trick!.
