FRAUD in Indonesia Spotify Subscription System! [IMPORTANT& URGENT]

Hi Spotify,

I wanted to inform you that I suspect some fraud system from Indonesia Spotify service provider.

 
I was enrolled in STUDENT plan as you can see in here:

I was registered as a student until 6/7/2020, but I was SUDDENLY deducted as FAMILY PLAN without any CONSENT:

Apparently after I checked transaction history, they charged me for FAMILY PACKAGE in AUGUST:

and someone that I didn't know registered as FAMILY (I don't know who is Sari Pratiwi):

This is a FRAUD and it's very hard to contact spotify customer service in Indonesia as I cannot find any info ANYWHERE.
 
This is the email proof of my STUDENT DISCOUNT (Note the date showing 2 months ago, i purposely block my email since this is public forum):

For the time being I will stop my subscription and I demand a compensation from Spotify.

This happened to me too in USA

It's sad that apparently Spotify didn't care about critical issue like this fraud. What a service. 

Just to update everyone that read my thread, i sent email to the support and the reply was:
Thanks for writing in regarding the unauthorized change on your subscription. We're sorry to hear that this has happened to you. Rest assured, your security is our top priority and we'll help rectify this for you.

We've been looking into your case and will investigate further. While we do this, kindly be advised that we’ve also taken the precaution of blocking all users - including you for now - from accessing your account. This is just to make sure that no further unauthorized changes will be made to your account while we secure it for you.​

In addition, we can assure you that your payment details have never been displayed, and that we apply rigorous security measures to protect your personal data.

So we can verify you’re the rightful account holder and return access to you, please provide one of the following details:

  • A screenshot of the earliest Spotify payment receipt you have available. You should be able to find this by searching for "Spotify receipt" in your inbox.
  • A screenshot of a Spotify payment on your bank statement (please ensure the date, amount, and reference is visible in the screenshot).
    Note: Make sure the screenshot doesn't show your full credit card number, expiration date, or 3-digit code.

Anything you send us will only be used for the verification of your account, and nothing else. With your help, we're sure that we'll be able to secure your account so you can enjoy your favorite tunes back without worries.

 

I replied with what they wanted and will see if it solves the problem.
