Got charged but nothing happened

Got charged but nothing happened

Hi, my account got charged twice for the student offer (I was actually going for the normal one) and got charged for the student pack twice, and my school wasn't on sheerID. As a result I just lost money and didn't get premium and it said that my account didn't get charged yet. Any ideas as to who I can contact? Thanks!

Hey @Gurkirat,

when you didn't recieve your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?
