Hi, I’m trying change country in settings using payment. But have only bags.
I’m from Belarus, but move on to Poland. Now I want to change country and tried with payment. But app writes “payment card and country don’t match”.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In this case, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can change your country setting through the dropdown menu here.

 

Once that's done, you can subscribe to your desired plan using your payment method that's been issued in the country you're currently in at https://spotify.com/premium.

 

Instructions on how to cancel and how that affects your account can be found at https://support.spotify.com/article/cancel-premium/.

Hi, I was writing here sooner. I’m tried to change country settings and (thanks God) I did it. But now I have different problem! 
I delayed my Spotify Premium for Student to editing settings. After I was trying to pay, but… BUT NOW U RIGHT ME THAT I AM IN USA! 

No. I’m not. I just want to listen music. And, yep, I’m trying to change it. It doesn’t work. Help me, please!

Just to confirm, did you manage to change your payment method? 

 

If so, could you let us know when exactly you're getting the error message you mention? Also, would you mind sending us a screenshot of it? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
