How can I get refunded for a payment charge issue

I was charged 32 dollars from Spotify in my checking account, why am I getting charged with this?! I want my money back that is crazy and I’m upset about the charge…

Just to confirm, do you have an active Premium subscription? If so, we suggest that you take a look at your Receipts page. There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been charged correctly. You can also double-check this with your bank/card provider.

If you're sure you've been charged the amount you mentioned, we suggest that you reach out directly to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look and further assist you with this.
