How do I extend my Spotify student subscription for another year? I am still a student.

I have Spotify Student and my 12 months is up and I need to reapply for the student discount. I got an email that says I have 7 days left but the link just sent me to the page to sign up for Spotify Student. What do I actully need to do to make sure I still have the student discount?
