I am a Student

I paid for the student premium subscription and it said it could not confirm that I am a student. Maybe asking for my student ID number or some other more important verifications could have been done instead of just asking what school I go to. Please help. I love spotify and have been using it for a long time.

If you're based in the US, you can try manual verification. This can take up to 24 hours but is the best way to verify your student status if you're being rejected.
