I can't get premium student plan.

My Question or Issue

I'm currently using spotify family premium plan I want to change this to student premium plan I have registered as student in spotify but when I try to get student plan it doesn't allow me.

Thanks for reaching out.

This error message likely appears because you're currently part of a Premium Family plan. You'll need to switch back to Spotify Free first.
