I just renewed my student discount but was charged the full $9.99

My Question or Issue

 I received an email that it was time for me to renew my student account, and I just did so a few minutes ago. After renewing my account, I checked my card and noticed I was charged the full $9.99 rather than the $4.99 student price. How can I be refunded the money?
