I paid for premium student and I don´t have the premium

Hello, yesterday I sent the documents to prove that I was a student and today my documents were accepted and they sent me an email saying 'you're veryfied!' and they took my money from the bank account, but I still do not have the premium account. Also the link that they sent me in the mail to complete the premium subscription is not valid and I can not find a way to end the subscription.

What do I need to do?
