I should have a year of my student plan left

I should have a year of my student plan left

Hi! I am a fourth year student, just started and should have a year left of my student plan. I cannot find when I started the subscription anywhere. Anytime I try to verify, it says the plan is already used. I cannot have started it earlier, because this is the first institution I am enrolled in, my first study so...

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

If you think you're eligible for the Student offer for one more year, but see the described error message during the activation attempt, it's possible that your verification has already been processed and the email with the activation link has already been sent to you. Could you check your spam folder for it as well?

 

If you can't find the email, you'd have to contact SheerID directly to request a new one. Here is hot to reach out to them.
