I used the premium for students for wrong account and cant change it

My Question or Issue

I had a Spotify account i used before but i started using a different e mail and i created another account with it. I tried to use Spotify for students for my new account but accidently it is used for the old one and i cant change it. And also it says it is 8.99TL per month in app but when i click to the mail link that says my info is verified, it seems 4.87€. I am furstrated. I dont want to lose my playlists and songs and also i cant understand the price difference. Please help

If you have accidentally verified the wrong Spotify account, you should contact our Customer Support team here. They'll take a look at the accounts backstage and help you get the student discount for the right one. Also keep in mind that your music and playlists are backed up, so there's no way you're going to loose them when you change subscriptions 🙂
