I've been debited as a standard premium member instead of a student

My Question or Issue

For the month of september I've been debited the amount of 9,99€ instead of 4,99€ despite the fact that I registered as a student for a year and re-subscribed this year. I would like to be refunded, thank you in advance.

I'd recommend checking this article about refunds and then choose "Overcharged for the student discount?". 

 

All the info you need should be included there!
