If my account is verified a student plan, why you pursache like a regular?

If my account is verified a student plan, why you pursache like a regular?

I'm with the student plan, but I paid for another plan in my debt, why this is happen?

Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

 

Usually, this type of issue is commonly related to the renewal of the Premium Student plan. First, we'd recommend checking if you've performed the renewal process properly by checking the steps mentioned in this article. Also, make sure you've activated it from the email received after the renewal. 

If you've completed this process already, make sure that the plan displayed on your Account page under "Your plan" is the correct one. If not, we'd recommend hitting the "Change plan" button and selecting Premium Student.

Lastly, if the issue persists, or if you want to make sure about the plan you've currently active, since we don't have access to users' accounts in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can check your account and help you further.

 I also get charged full price after extending the student plan. 

 

I got a verification mail from sheerID 28-08-2023 and followed the link and steps after that to renew my Spotify student discount. All looked fine, so I didn't took a screen shot, unfortunately. 

 

But something had happened and something are not working, because  now you started to charge me full price 119 SEK?  I now have a Individual plan and not a student on my account page?! 

 

I tried to fill in a New application but I can't do a new one. Also tried to get a new link and do the last steps once again, but never get any new e-mail? 

 

I've tried to ''change my plan'' as help pages say that I should do to solve the problem.

But I can't, because  its only send me to the Application site. And I can't do another application, again. 

 

I don't know how to solve the problem and get the discount back?
