It doesnt forward me to upload page

After i choose my scholl and type down my name and email, it says "You have already redeemed this offer". I have used this plan for 1 year and i am still a student. What do i do?

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here! 
 

In case you receive this error message you need to get in touch with SheerID. They'll send you an email including a valid activation link allowing you to apply the student discount to your Spotify account.

Just to confirm, did you manage to contact SheerID? If yes, what info did they give you about the availability of the student discount on your Spotify account?

 

We'd also suggest you try updating your payment details when applying for the student discount. Just visit this page and follow the steps. Don't worry, you won't be charged additionally after performing these steps. It's just a mere confirmation of the payment details for your discount. 

 

Let us know if this is now fixed for you and we'll provide you with further steps if necessary.
