Me cobraron el plan de estudiante pero no me dejo poner mis datos de estudiante

Compre el plan de estudiante y se cobro al instante luego me mando a otra pagina para poner mis datos de escuela pero cuando le puse enviar se trabó y se cerró la aplicacon como le hago para poner mis datos o para rembolsar

No matter if student verification was successful or failed, a temporary charge goes through. These are only temporary charges on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.

 

If you're having trouble signing up for the student discount, you can submit for manual verification (as a head's up, this can take up to 12 hours to process). For more info, check out Spotify Support and SheerID Support. If your school is not listed, you can submit this feedback form to SheerID.

Don't worry if you were charged more than once. When you submit the form to apply for the discount a temporary charge goes through each time. You will only end up paying once if the student discount gets approved. If the student discount verification fails, then all the pending charges will be taken off.
