Hello, so recently I was verified that I can avail the student plan for my spotify account but when I was about to pay my account the qr code for the payment went lost, hence, I tried to do the procedure to avail the student plan but it states that I already avail the said plan, although when I checked my account plan it is still under the free account. What can I do? help me :<
