My Question or Issue

Since yesterday I have been unable to have Premium features on my Spotify account. All my downloaded music is no longer downloaded and every time I open Spotify I get a message that tells me to get premium. I have followed most directions on any help I myself could find such as logging out ( various times), checking my plan to see if it changed (still the same), making sure my payment went through(it has and is not pending). Any help I can get would be appreciated please and thank you.

This sounds like an ongoing issue which we're aware of and which we're currently looking into.
