My Question or Issue

Hi,

I recently registered for the student premium plan (on Nov. 19), and my payment information stopped working. It had been working for the past 6 or so months, and the card is still able to pay other online monthly subscriptions. It only stopped working on Spotify. I reverted back to free today and tried to register and pay for Premium (both student and regular versions), but it simply isn't working. Please help!

Hey @benzhou99, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

Sorry to hear about this. Do you have the option to pay via PayPal? Also, have you tried this using a different browser/incognito mode?

Let me know how this goes 🙂
