Payment of Student Discount

Hi, I am student in Turkey and use Spotify Students account. 4-5 day before spotify sent me a message that Please, renew your payment method, if you dont, your account change with free account. So I changed my payment method. Spotify took 13,99₺ ,which is for normal account price, from my credit card but before I always pay 6,99₺ because I am student. Please help me.

You have to renew your student credentials every year. Make sure you have done this.
