Thanks for reaching out here in the Community! We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

By saying that your Premium is cancelled but you've paid for it, you got us thinking that your payment might not have gone successfully on our end or there might be an issue with the payment method that you're using. 

 

In order for the payment to go through successfully, make sure that:

  • Your credit card is issued in the same country as the country of your Spotify account. You can check your account's country settings on your account page.
  • Your card is open for foreign, recurring and online payments. You may need to double-check this with your bank.
  • You have set up a 2 factor authentication.

Once you've checked these, you can try paying again using:

  • An incognito/private window or another browser.
  • A different network / mobile data.
  • A different device.
  • A different payment method (if available). You can find out more info on the different payment methods you can use in this article.
