My Question or Issue

Why is my SheerID stuck in the "This should only take a few minutes" page i waited for more than 10 minutes just to be greeted by and error page and i tried doing it in incognito but it still did the same thing

Hey @Dmncsta 

 

You should try with a different browser, and see if that does it.

 

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
