Premium Student Verification wont let me choose my country

I have verifired my university enrollment via SHEERID.

I got an email from SHEERID with a link to finish my purchase of Spotify Premium Student. 
When I click on the link it wants me to give my personal adress otherwise I cant make the purchase.

But it wont let me choose something outside of the US or anything associated with it.
Im from Germany and I have Germany as my country in my account settings. 

So should I just try the verifaction all over again? Or is there any way it will let me choose Germany as the country im living in during the verification process.

Ive been trying to get premium for days now I didnt think it would be so complicated. ._.
