Premium for Students Error

I am attempting to sign up for the spotify and hulu student plan and keep getting an error on the second page. The error reads "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area". Ive tried resubmitting the form, even waited several minutes but then the error changes to "The CSRF token is invalid. Please try to resubmit the form." I tried multiple browsers and the error still persists.
