So, I changed my premium account from general premium to student premium, using my UNIdays account, but I am still being charged the full amount of £9.99 when I should be getting a 50% discount. The price should have changed at my last billing date which was the beginning of last month but my account doesn't state that it's been changed. Anyone know what's happened?
