Since the community only supports English, I hope you don't mind me replying back in English.

 

In this case, this seems like you are being charged for Premium on two accounts. Could you make sure that you are paying for one account? You can check this guide for help on finding your accounts.

 

Also, is the charge as one, or are they seperate charges on seperate dates?
