Paid 9,99€ even though I have student discount (Germany)

Hey Guys,

I have the same Problem and paid too much last month.

9,99€ instead of 4,99€

But I was registrated as a student the whole time, only forget to make the verification again!

Is it possible to get the money back/use the money for paying the next month, too?

I´m using Spotify for more than 2 years now, and it would be very nice to get a solution on that issue!

Hi @selimbassa. The student discount requires re-verification every year, and unfortunately, if you missed that re-verification step before your monthly renewal, there isn't a way to get that money back. That said, you can still re-verify and get the discounted rate again, for another year, starting the following month.
