Request to add college - sheer ID form

My Question or Issue

Hello

I have found the link for the sheerID form to request for a college to be added. However there is no submit button on the form. Is there an email address? Please help.

Hey, There!

Welcome to the Spotify community!

You can request your college to be added through this form follow the steps:

1 - In the field "Where do you go to school?", enter your country;

2 - Now, enter your school's website; (press enter)

if your school doesn't show up, keep following the steps:

3 - Press to "Don't see your school? Search by name"

4 - Enter your school name. (press enter)

if your school doesn't show up, keep following the steps:

5 - press to: "Don't see your school in the list of eligible or ineligible schools? Complete your request"

6 - fill the form below and press to "submit"

SheerID will email you if it’s accepted. This can take a minimum of 30 days.

Hi, I see the college on the 'request to add area'  my son attends but says offer not valid, why or how can his college be added?

Dear Spotify Support,

I am a student at ITS RED Academy, an educational institution in Italy with over 600 students. Our school is officially recognized and grants Level 5 European Qualifications (EQF 5). Despite this, our institution is not included in the Spotify Student Discount program.

We have already contacted SheerID, and they informed us that the eligibility decision is made by Spotify. Given that our school is also recognized by UNiDAYS for student discounts, I would like to understand why ITS RED Academy is considered ineligible.

Could you clarify the criteria and let us know if there is a way to have our school added to the list?
