SheerID addition form says my school eligible for student discount, but spotify doesn't accept it

As stated above, when my school is typed into the addition request form, SheerID says my school is there, and I can claim my discount. However, on both the main discount page and the manual verification page, it says my school is not eligible. I've included screenshots from both pages.

Edit: It may be relevant to mention that I had the student discount last year, with the same school.

Edit: So it appears that what is happening is the spotify page is only showing schools from the US, and I can't change my country from USA to Canada in the settings.
