Spotify Charged my card but i dont see any subscription in my account

Spotify Charged my card but i dont see any subscription in my account

When i entered the card details for a student subscription and went to the details page about my university i noticed that i was not eligable to go through with it so i closed my screen. But, on my bank account it says that it charged me but i dont have a subscription on my spotify account. can i get my money back?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

In this case, it's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email. There's more info about this here.
