My Question or Issue

I've subscribed a lot of times to Spotify premium with student discount. I've tried adding it tk my phone bill and recently, my BDO Visa debit card. I've used it for two consecutive months (it automatically charges) until last month when it didn't. I cancelled it and now, I can't upgrade to premium using my debit card. It only has credit card and paypal. Hope you can help me resolve this. Thanks in advance
