Spotify Student Registration Won't Load

I registered for Spotify Student a year ago, and so for the last month, I was charged for 10 dollars instead of just 5.  I tried to fix this by resigning up for Spotify student, however, when I got to the page I get a spinning circle that never loads anything under the credit card button.  Is there anything I can do to get this to load?

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to try renewing the discount again.

If that doesn't do the trick, we suggest giving it a go with a different device.

I am also having this problem. I have tried with 3 different browsers on my computer (Chrome - Incognito and Regular mode, Firefox, and Safari), and I have also tried on my phone. No matter how long I wait, there is just a spinning wheel where you would choose your credit card type. I tried this yesterday, so I thought maybe the server was just busy, but I am having the same problem today. I am not sure what else to try...
