• Hi I have a question about premium paymements. About one month ago I verified my student status and everything went perfectly. However I realised that I paid normal stake. My premium for students didn’t work 😞 

Because of a COVID-19 I wouldn’t be able to raise ID card but University said they will do automatically. 

Can I get any help or suggestions what should I do?

If you have received an email notification from ShreerID that you're verified as a student, it's possible that you have the discount applied to your account without it being activated.

To activate it you need to click here and go through the checkout (no worries, you'll not be charged directly).

After that you can check the status of your subscription with the steps here.
