Stole my money

Spotify charged me the 4.99 for the student premium Spotify/regular Hulu combo pack. Yet, I have no access to either. Of course they don't have a customer friendly way of support to find out what is going on. I feel like I've been robbed.

me too. hope they will reimburse my money.

Same for me. Tried student discount, credit card has been charged, but account has not been updated to premium student discount
