Student Account + Hulu renewed, but still charged for full price, no access to hulu.

I renewed my student standing for another year yesterday, but shortly after my hulu account was shut down. I was charged 9.99, instead of 4.99 by spotify. It says I am on the student plan, and I cant reregister (It says my payment method failed, but they were able to charge it so....?) What do I do?

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the late reply - even if you have already resolved this issue, we hope that by answering your question we might be able to help other users who are experiencing a similar problem to you 🙂

Normally, you can get in touch with our Customer Support team, who can have a look backstage and see what's happening with your account. Sometimes it happens that even though you've signed up for/renewed the student discount, it isn't correctly activated on your account - they can sort this out for you.
