Student Credentials used for another account

How can I unlink my student info with another account? I lost that account and I have a new one and I want to get the student discount premium but it’s saying I can’t because those credentials are linked with another account

Spotify uses UNIDAYS to verify the eligibility. If it is not possible to remove the account in UNIDAYS site, you should contact Support.

Great. On the bottom of UNIDAYS page you find a contact link. Ask them for the reference number for your account

Then contact Spotify Support using this link: http://bit.ly/SpotifyCF

Tell them your problem and it is neccenece to remove the regerncre number if UNIDAYS from your account. They will ask you some wjestique, questions, to ensure that it is you account.
