Student Discount Austria

Hello there,I just started a subscription with a student discount in Austria, I gave my University information and uploaded a document to prove that I attent this Uni. However, I dont have a premium status yes, even though my credit card has been charged.

If the payment shows as pending/processing/pre-auth, this could explain things. The funds should reappear on your statement soon.

In the meantime, you can check your student discount details and resubscribe over here.
