Hello. I applied for the student discount, and got verified. I didn't know that I needed to purchase it again, instead of you just changing my subscription. Now my account has been charged with 2x 99NOK instead of the discounted price of 49NOK. Any way to remedy this? I've been a faithfull customer since beta...
