Student Discount Issue

I've had my current account for a long time, but just logged back in wanting to upgrade to premium with the student discount price. It is saying that my student info is associated with another spotify account. I don't know what other account they could be connected with or how to disassociate them. And of course Spotify has no customer support phone #. HELP PLZ
