Student Discount Premium isn't working

My Question or Issue

I availed the student discount and it isn't working on my account. I logged in and out my account but the subscription isn't still working. Can someone please help me how to fix it

Just to clarify, is your account still showing up as Free even though you signed up for Premium for Students?

If you were charged the discounted rate, it's possible that you have more than one account and the discount was applied to another one. You can head here to find out how to locate any other accounts you might have.
