Student Discount in Australia

Student Discount in Australia

I'm from Australia and I didn't realise that I couldn't get a student premium.

so I put in my card details and everything then I didn't have a sheer ID, then my webpage crashed..

And I tried again, reput my card details and then realised I couldn't do as I don't live in the right area.

Spotify charged my card twice and I want my money back as I can't use the Spotify premium that I was charged for.

Hey @Alyssa_szekkk,

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.
