Student Discount is not applied to membership

Dear Community

I have an existing premium membership on spotify. I have applied for the student discount and verification was succesful via SheerID.

However, the system does not change the membership to a discounted model. When I try to change the membership again, the system shows that the discount has already been redeemed. How can I switch from premium to the student version?

Hey @Petar112!

For new subscribers the discounted price will kick in right away, and if you’re transitioning over from a regular subscription, you’ll see the new price kick in the next time your subscription renews. So I believe you are already in student plan, don't worry! If you still get charged for full price in the upcoming moth, be sure to contact Spotify here.
